Why technology is important for our daily life?
Technology lends immense support in automating various tasks, setting up reminders, communicating efficiently, paying bills at the click of a button, and shopping for the simplest things, such as groceries to investing in valuable assets right in the comfort of our homes.

This may lead to eyestrain. Symptoms of digital eyestrain can include blurred vision and dry eyes. Eyestrain may also lead to pains in other areas of the body, such as the head, neck, or shoulders.

Technology assumes a core part of our day-to-day lives. We have made greater progress in terms of technology in the past 5 years than in the last 2 decades.
